The role of a personal relationship manager

A Personal Relationship Manager is your personal assistant and an experienced professional who is aware of financial markets nuances and subtleties.

Specifically, a personal relationship manager is a high-class specialist who is able to promptly solve any technical issues you may face, check on the status of your deposits/withdrawals , and keep you updated about a wide range of TeleTrade’s products and services.

Our technical support team is available 24/5 and would be glad to provide customized support to all clients, regardless of their status. Nevertheless, the personal relationship manager can solve a much wider spectrum of queries.

  • TeleTrade enables all its registered Clients who are eligible for trading accounts (not only VIP Clients), to join a Savings Reward Program and enjoy savings of up to 1% per month from effectively lower trading spreads available to program participants. However, VIP Clients have some special additional benefits to the aforementioned Program.
  • VIP GOLD or VIP PLATINUM clients are eligible for even higher rewards rates –1,08% per month (adding to up to 13% per annum) and 1,17% per month (adding to up to 14% per annum) accordingly – based on the same special terms and conditions.
  • Saving Rewards are transferred to Client accounts in the beginning of the next calendar month.
  • A Savings Reward is transferred to a VIP Client account for all months during which there were no withdrawals from the account. Since the Savings Reward stems from special discounts on the trading spreads, it applies only to Clients who have trading activities in their trading account at the level, or above the level of 1 traded lot per 1000 USD or EUR of the amount of funds in the respective account at the beginning of the monthly period. For example, 100 lots for 100,000 USD at the beginning of the month, 150 lots for 150,000 USD and so on. Regardless of the client's account type, savings apply to only close positions involving FOREX and CFD on metals instruments. These positions must meet the following requirements:
  • the open position holding time is at least 2 minutes (120 seconds);
  • the difference between the position’s open and close price is at least 0.05% of the open price (equivalent to approx. 0.0005 pips on EUR/USD).
  • Please note that in case there are any legacy bonus amounts in the account, extended earlier under various TeleTrade bonus programs that are no longer active, the total of such bonuses is automatically included in the amount of funds at the beginning of the monthly period. Due to that, the required amount of traded lots eligible for receiving the Saving Reward at the end of the monthly period is calculated based on the total amount of funds at the beginning of the same monthly period, which also includes bonuses. In the previous example, the amount of funds is to be considered as the total amount of funds. If the client's equity is 100,000 USD in the account, including current profits or losses for all positions, and, say, another 10,000 USD as bonuses, then the total amount of funds on the account is 110,000 USD, and Saving Rewards will apply to the volume of 110 traded lots or more.
  • Meanwhile, any other bonuses earlier received by the client are NOT included in the basis amount for the calculation of the Savings Reward.
  • The basis amount for applying the Saving Reward as of the month end is the total amount of client's equity in the account as of month end, less funds deposited into the account during the same month. In other words, Savings Reward does not apply to newly deposited funds for an incomplete monthly period. However, the Reward would apply to the profit gained within that monthly period, including the profit gained within an incomplete monthly period.
  • Let's say, based on the same example as above, the total amount of funds in the account at the month end, taking into account the results of all open and closed trades, is 160,000 USD. 20,000 USD of this amount is the profit gained by the client within the monthly period, and 40,000 USD is additional funds deposited in the account by the Client during the same month. Savings will apply to volumes of 110 lots and above in that monthly period, at the beginning of the next monthly period, the Client will receive +1% of 120,000 USD, i.e. 1,200 USD. The amount 40,000 USD deposited within the monthly period will not affect the maximum amount of Savings Reward available for the same month, however, the Reward will fully apply to the client's equity worth 100,000 USD and 20,000 USD profit gained in the monthly period.
  • If a VIP Client has a number of trading accounts, the calculation and payouts of the reward are carried out separately for each account.

Spread discount refunds

During the billing month, TeleTrade refunds part of the expenditures for closed transactions to its clients. The refund amount will depend on client’s VIP-status and will be calculated on the basis of the spread amount upon a position closing and the commission, which a client pays for execution of his transactions. The maximum amount of the refund cannot exceed $10 per lot. The refund will be transferred to the client’s account at the beginning of each month prior to the 5th date of the month, following the billing month.

Repayment conditions:

  • The client’s account should have a VIP-status at the beginning and the end of the billing month, and on the date of pay-back transfer.
  • The client should not retrieve his/her money from the account during the billing month.
  • Only FOREX and CFD on metals closed operations will be taken into account. The operations should comply with the following terms:
    • the operation should be at least 2 minutes long (120 seconds);
    • the difference between opening and closing prices should have at least 0,05% of the opening price (proportional to ~ 0,0005 points for EUR/USD pair).

Example of pay-back calculation for a closed position:

  • Assume that during the billing month a client closed EURUSD position of 10 lots.
  • Closing spread came up to 0,6 points or $60 for 10 lots on EURUSD pair.
  • The opening commission was $80.

So, at the beginning of the next month, the client will get 13% refund from the sum of $140, which will reflect the discount of $18.5 on the Client's transaction fees.

Reimbursement of Negative Rollover

TeleTrade compensates its VIP clients for 20% of accumulated negative rollover for the transactions closed within the previous month. The reimbursement amount is credited to client's trading account at the beginning of every month but not later than on the 5th of the month following after the accounting month.

Reimbursement Payment Conditions:

  • The calculation includes only closed positions involving FOREX and CFD on metals instruments.
  • At the beginning and the end of the month, as well as, on the date of reimbursement payment, the client must hold the VIP status.
