Our technical support team is available 24/5 and would be glad to provide customized support to all clients, regardless of their status. Nevertheless, the personal relationship manager can solve a much wider spectrum of queries.
During the billing month, TeleTrade refunds part of the expenditures for closed transactions to its clients. The refund amount will depend on client’s VIP-status and will be calculated on the basis of the spread amount upon a position closing and the commission, which a client pays for execution of his transactions. The maximum amount of the refund cannot exceed $10 per lot. The refund will be transferred to the client’s account at the beginning of each month prior to the 5th date of the month, following the billing month.
Example of pay-back calculation for a closed position:
So, at the beginning of the next month, the client will get 13% refund from the sum of $140, which will reflect the discount of $18.5 on the Client's transaction fees.
TeleTrade compensates its VIP clients for 20% of accumulated negative rollover for the transactions closed within the previous month. The reimbursement amount is credited to client's trading account at the beginning of every month but not later than on the 5th of the month following after the accounting month.
