  • SEO Specialist

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Analyzing traffic sources, metrics, and patterns on all web properties
      • Increase organic search traffic
      • Manage marketing campaigns (Including PPC, and GDN)
      • Identify and contact popular sites in the finance industry to build backlinks
      • Test marketing messages, product descriptions, calls-to-actions, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, target URLs behind a link etc
      • Optimize Landing page performance to increase clicks and conversions
      • Report on the progress of conversion optimization on a weekly and monthly basis through the delivery of key performance indicator reports and conversion test logs
      • Leverage data to identify areas of opportunity and execute projects to drive growth and engagement of users
      • Act as the user-advocate, offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective

    CANDIDATE PROFILE:

      • Data-driven performance optimization methodologies
      • Experience working with Google Analytics, Optimize, Webmaster, etc
      • Highly analytical
      • Conversion testing, landing page optimization
      • Data analysis and reporting tools
      • Proficiency in user experience best practices and copywriting is an asset
      • Fluent in English language
      • In depth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards
      • Cope well with pressure and deadlines

    REQUISITI:

    • Una mentalità orientata al target con la capacità di trovare soluzioni per ottenere risultati finali
    • Predisposizione al lavoro in team, ma anche capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo
    • Ottime capacità organizzative con capacità di gestire più attività e priorità
