    • Trasformare lead in potenziali clienti
    • Convertire potenziali clienti in clienti
    • Creare una nuova base di clienti
    • Capire i sistemi operativi interni dell'azienda
    • Massimizzare tutte le opportunità di vendita
    • Capire le esigenze del cliente prima di presentare prodotti/servizi
    • Capire le esigenze dei clienti e proporre soluzioni adatte
    • Raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita
    • Garantire che tutte le opportunità di vendita e di cross-selling siano capitalizzate


    • Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel settore vendita
    • Conoscenza dei mercati finanziari e del trading online
    • Una mentalità orientata al target con la capacità di trovare soluzioni per ottenere risultati finali
    • Predisposizione al lavoro in team, ma anche capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo
    • Ottime capacità organizzative con capacità di gestire più attività e priorità

  • Business Developer


      • Find IB and Affiliate partners, activate them and manage them on a daily basis
      • Evaluating Partner needs, and formulating effective solutions.
      • Open new accounts and build a portfolio of clientele
      • Maximize all sales opportunities
      • Learn and being able to teach the features and benefits of all our products and services
      • Gain understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services
      • Attain full understanding of the company internal operating systems
      • Achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis
      • Following up on leads for prospective clients
      • Ensuring that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalized.


      • At least 1 years prior experience in the Forex industry
      • Another European Language will be considered an advantage
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
      • Very good organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
      • A target-oriented mindset with the ability to find solutions to ultimately deliver results
      • Ability and desire to work with other team members, as well as, to work autonomously with no guidance
