    IL SALES HA I SEGUENTI COMPITI:

    • Trasformare lead in potenziali clienti
    • Convertire potenziali clienti in clienti
    • Creare una nuova base di clienti
    • Capire i sistemi operativi interni dell'azienda
    • Massimizzare tutte le opportunità di vendita
    • Capire le esigenze del cliente prima di presentare prodotti/servizi

    REQUISITI:

    • Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel settore vendita

    • Una mentalità orientata al target con la capacità di trovare soluzioni per ottenere risultati finali
    • Predisposizione al lavoro in team, ma anche capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo
    • Ottime capacità organizzative con capacità di gestire più attività e priorità

  • Digital Marketing Manager (Ufficio di Roma)

    IL DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER HA I SEGUENTI COMPITI:

    • Pianificare ed eseguire tutto il marketing digitale, tra cui:
      • SEO/SEM
      • Campagne display multimediali digitali per leads acquisition e branding
      • Gestione del database - mass mail
    • Controllare la performance di tutte le campagne di marketing digitale e valutare gli obiettivi (ROI e KPI)
    • Pianificare ed eseguire test di conversione
    • Collaborare con team interni per creare landing page e ottimizzare l'esperienza utente
    • Strumenti di conversione e ottimizzazione delle canalizzazioni dell'utente
    • Collaborare con agenzie e altri partner di vendor

    REQUISITI:

    • Laurea specialistica in marketing o settore correlato
    • Comprovata esperienza lavorativa nel marketing digitale
    • Esperienza dimostrabile di cui sopra presso una società finanziaria
    • Estremamente creativo con esperienza nell'identificazione del pubblico di riferimento e nell'elaborazione di campagne digitali che coinvolgono, informano e motivano
    • Esperienza nell'ottimizzazione delle landing page e delle canalizzazioni dell'utente
    • Esperimenti di A/B e multivariati
    • Solida conoscenza degli strumenti di analisi dei siti web
    • Forte capacità analitiche
    • Essere aggiornato con le ultime tendenze e le migliori pratiche di marketing e misurazione online
    • Ottime capacità comunicative verbali e scritte in inglese

  • Sales executive for Italian desk (Ufficio di Cipro)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Turn prospects into customers through active involvement in the sales cycle.
    • Evaluating customer needs, and formulating effective solutions.
    • Open new accounts and build a new clientele base.
    • Maximise all sales opportunities
    • To learn the features and benefits of all products, services
    • Gain understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services

  • Content and Social Media Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Proud responsible of TeleTrade’s content: Website and Social media content.
    • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
    • Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
    • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) – Self generated content and our Analysts content.
    • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
    • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
    • Oversee social media accounts’ design.
    • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
    • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven work experience as a Social media manager (preferable for a financial services brokerage)
    • Hands on experience in content management
    • Excellent copywriting skills.
    • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
    • Knowledge of online marketing channels.
    • Familiarity with web design.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Analytical and multitasking skills.
    • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.

  • Digital Marketing Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including:
      • SEO/SEM;
      • Digital media display campaigns;
      • Database handling – email;
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
    • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
    • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
    • Proven working experience in digital marketing
    • Demonstrable experience managing the above responsibilities at a financial services brokerage.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
    • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
    • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • AML Officer

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

      • Approval of accounts, deposits and withdrawals, ensuring compliance with AML regulations.
      • Ongoing monitoring of the business relationship including transactions monitoring
      • Monitoring of changes in AML regulatory framework
      • Preparation and maintenance of internal manuals, client KYC procedures, and policies on AML-related issues
      • Preparation of reports to CySEC and MOKAS
      • Managing and mentoring junior AML staff
      • Providing advice and guidance to employees as appropriate on AML matters
      • Collaboration with other departments and representative offices in regards to AML issues
      • Other tasks as necessary to ensure compliance with AML regulations

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • English and Russian - fluent written and spoken.
      • Knowledge of Cyprus AML legislation and practical implications
      • Practical knowledge of KYC/CDD procedures in regards to international clients and legal entities.
      • Prior experience in the AML role with an EU financial institution or Cyprus investment firms
      • Computer literate
